Reviewing the amount

Our prices and charges are in Canadian dollars. Before authorizing payment, review the checkout total and any applicable taxes. Standard shipping within Canada is free. A bank or payment provider may separately charge conversion or account fees if your account uses a different currency.

Methods shown at checkout

Select from the methods actually offered for your order in Shopify checkout. Availability can depend on the provider, device and transaction. We do not guarantee a specific card brand, wallet or instalment method unless it is available there.

Payment security and difficulties

Payment credentials are handled by checkout and its payment services. Do not send full card details, passwords or one-time codes to our support email. If authorization fails, check the information or speak to your provider before retrying, to avoid repeated authorization attempts.

Refunds to the original method

Approved refunds are returned to the method used to pay. We process them within 10 business days after approval and any necessary receipt or inspection. Once issued, the bank or card provider usually needs another 5–10 business days to show the credit. Supply the order number when asking about a delayed refund.
