Before placing an order

Review the item description, selected options, availability, cart and contact details before ordering. These details form part of the purchase information. Tell us quickly if you notice an error. An order acknowledgment records receipt of the request; it does not eliminate the need to resolve availability, material pricing errors or legitimate security issues.

Charges and fulfilment

Prices are displayed in CAD. The checkout presents the total and any applicable taxes before payment authorization; standard Canadian delivery is free. We will not raise an accepted price without agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we explain why and refund payment for the affected goods.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Normal processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 4–6 business days of transit. Contact us as soon as possible about cancellation or an address correction before dispatch. If dispatch has occurred, the return process may apply. Our Refund policy provides 30-day return or exchange requests and free approved return shipping, without a restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days following approval and necessary receipt or inspection; banks or issuers normally need a further 5–10 business days after issue.

Using the website and resolving concerns

Use the website lawfully without interfering with its operation or misusing another person's information. Contact us about purchase concerns so we can help. Mandatory Canadian consumer protections, remedies and access to complaint channels or courts are preserved. We do not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not remove the agreed promises or rights attached to an existing order.
